• Description: This project is the design of a fire station alerting system for a fire department in Roxana, Delaware. There are four files associated with this project, two for each floor. The first is the device plan where I selected speaker and lights to be installed in the fire station. The second file for each floor is a wiring diagram where I chose the appropriate wire type that would run to each speaker or light from the main system rack. The original floor plans were provided by the architect and I took those drawings into photoshop where I deleted the non essential information on the floor plan to make my drawing easier to understand. My hope is to submit this design to the fire department to see if they approve of the design or if they would want to see anything different. Thank you for your consideration.
• Directions: For clarification, my father designs, installs and supports hundreds of these systems in service throughout the country. I help him build the systems in our garage and we ship them to the customers. He provided me the files and access to the software Photoshop 2026 and Autocad 2026 and I designed the system from there.
